Arka Przymierza was created to provide a neutral ground and a concrete way out of situations that seem hopeless. We save transactions on the edge before the case goes to court and destroys company value.

Our team consists of 5 people. We are not a large corporation and that is our strength. Every case goes directly to the managing partner. Honestly, we don't take every assignment. We only step in where we see a real chance for agreement after the first analysis of documents. If the situation is hopeless, we say it straight after the first session. This way we save your time and operational budget.

In 2024, we helped finalize 14 transactions that were stuck at the final signature stage. Our average is 11 business days from the first session to signing the settlement. We close disputes, we open businesses. We act in silence because we know that in the case of boardroom conflicts, publicity is the last thing you need. Discretion is our standard, not a promise.

We also conduct closed communication risk audits for the largest holdings in the region. This is a process that only the requester knows about. Our report does not contain filler – it is a list of 7-12 concrete flashpoints in your management board along with a plan to extinguish them.
