Our process lasts exactly 14 business days and is completely invisible to the rest of the staff. We focus on three areas: digital channels, paper document circulation, and direct communication at Jerozolimskie Ave. or in branches. We save transactions on the edge by indicating which information channel is leaking. We are not looking for the guilty for the sake of punishment, but we are looking for holes in the system through which strategic data leaks to the competition or lower-level employees.

The result of our work is a PDF document usually consisting of 19 to 26 pages of specific conclusions. You won't find theoretical charts there. Instead, you will receive a list of 11 flashpoints that require immediate change. We point out, for example, that 14% of key management decisions are not in writing, which generates legal risk. Discretion is our standard, not a promise, which is why we deliver the report exclusively to the requester on an encrypted carrier.

It often turns out that the conflict does not result from bad will, but from using three different CRM systems that do not synchronize customer data.
