Arka Przymierza Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 2025
The personal data administrator is the company Arka Przymierza based in Warsaw at 44 Jerozolimskie Ave. Our office has been operating since May 2016 and from the very beginning we have been committed to full transparency in relations with our clients. Our managing partner, Marek Jastrzębski, is directly responsible for the security of your information. You can contact him at biuro@arkaprzymierza-mediacje.pl.
We conduct economic mediations and risk audits, which requires special care from us. We know that in disputes between partners every piece of information has great weight. Therefore, only 5 people from a narrow, permanent team have access to your data. We do not use external customer service centers or mass databases. Your inquiries go directly to us. We treat them as confidential business correspondence, even if you ultimately do not decide on a mediation sprint. To be honest, we prefer to possess only the necessary minimum of information that allows us to reliably assess your case and propose a concrete way out of the impasse.
We collect data in a very limited scope. When you fill out the form on our website, we ask for your name, surname, role in the company structure, and business email address. We also need a short description of your situation. We are interested, for example, in whether the dispute concerns a blocked merger or perhaps the division of profits in a family business. This information allows us to prepare for the first 20-minute conversation.
In 2024, we analyzed 14 cases concerning threatened transactions where data precision was key. During the mediation sessions themselves, we may request company documents or financial reports. We talk specifically about numbers, so we must have access to them to help reliably. We never ask for your private passwords, banking login data, or payment card numbers. Our site does not use advanced algorithms tracking your behavior online for advertising purposes. We are only interested in facts that bring the parties to the dispute closer to signing a settlement. The fewer unnecessary data we collect, the smaller the risk for your business.
The main purpose of data processing is the realization of mediation and saving your transactions. We use your email address exclusively for contact regarding a specific project. We do not send spam or unwanted marketing offers. If you only asked for an offer but we did not establish cooperation, we delete your data after 11 months from the last email. We do this to maintain order in our internal documentation.
In case of signing a contract, we keep your data for the duration of the mediation and the period required by Polish tax law for invoice settlements. On average, a mediation process with us lasts 11 business days. After this time and after the settlement is approved, most working notes are destroyed. We close disputes, we open businesses – we do not deal with building marketing databases. Your data will never be sold to external companies. We only transfer them to trusted technical entities, such as our server provider or accounting office. Each of these partners has signed an agreement with us that guarantees the same discretion that we follow every day.
You have full right to know what is happening with your data. You can request access, correction, or complete removal at any time. If our cooperation has ended, one email is enough for us to erase your information from our contact lists. The only exceptions are accounting documents, which we must store in accordance with regulations for 5 years. Discretion is our standard, not a promise, which is why we use technical safeguards at the level encountered in premium terminals.
Our team consists of 5 specialists who perfectly understand the rules of GDPR and mediation secrecy. If you believe that your data is being handled improperly, you can report it to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. However, we always encourage direct contact with us at +48 22 695 43 21. We talk specifically about problems, so we will certainly clarify every doubt. Since 2016, we have not recorded a single case of violation of the confidentiality of our clients' data. Your security is the foundation on which we build a settlement in your boardroom.
Our website uses cookies in a very limited scope. These are small text files that help the site function properly and load faster on subsequent visits. We do not use cookies to track your activity on other sites or to build your consumer profile. We focus on making the interface clear and efficient on every device.
Most web browsers allow you to independently manage cookies. You can block or delete them at any time in your program settings. Remember, however, that some elements of the site, such as our mediation cost calculator, may then work slightly slower. Standard server logs only collect anonymous technical data, such as browser type or time of entry to the site. We do this exclusively so that our tools are always available for clients in need of quick support in crisis situations. Honestly, technology is only meant to help us in communication, not serve to collect unnecessary information about visitors.
