We save transactions on the verge of breaking.
We close disputes, we open businesses. We talk specifically about numbers, without filler and unnecessary emotions.
Briefly describe your case
Write how many parties are involved in the conflict and what is at stake.
Questions before the first session
We explain how we operate in practice and why we are not a typical law firm.
How long does it take to reach a settlement?
In 83% of cases, 3 to 5 sessions are enough. On average, we close a case in 11 business days from the first meeting. Much depends on how quickly the parties provide us with the necessary financial data.
Where do the meetings take place?
We usually meet in our office at 44 Jerozolimskie Ave. in Warsaw. This is neutral ground. If full discretion is required, we can rent a private room in another city or in a hotel.
Are the conversations really confidential?
Yes. A mediator is not a judge or an arbitrator. Our task is to find a way out that protects company value. Discretion is our standard, not a promise – we are protected by law and contract.
Is mediation financially profitable?
Definitely. The average cost of mediation with us is about 15,600 PLN per project. A court trial in commercial matters lasts years and often costs 10 times as much in fees and operational losses alone.
What if we don't reach an agreement?
Honestly, sometimes it happens. If we decide after the first session that the parties do not really want to talk, we interrupt the process. We don't drag things out for more hours if we don't see a chance for a result.
What cases does Arka Przymierza not take?
We accept cases where a real economic interest of the company is at stake. We do not deal with criminal cases or small consumer disputes. We focus on management boards and holdings.
