Concrete answers to your questions

We explain how we operate in practice. Without filler and unnecessary emotions, we explain the rules of economic mediation in Warsaw.

How long does the mediation process take?

In 83% of cases, 3 to 5 sessions are enough to work out an agreement. We close most disputes in 11 business days from the first meeting. We act quickly because we know that every day of deadlock is a real loss of margin and downtime in company operations.

What are the costs of your support?

We talk specifically about numbers. A mediation sprint costs 15,600 PLN per project and includes full support in exiting the impasse. An initial diagnosis costs 3,450 PLN. This is a fraction of the amount that a 3-year trial in a commercial court would consume.

Are my data and dispute details safe?

Discretion is our standard, not a promise. The entire process is covered by mediation secrecy, which has legal force. Even in court, a mediator cannot be questioned about the content of conversations. We deliver communication audit reports exclusively to the requester's hands.

What if a partner categorically refuses to settle?

Honestly, we don't take every case. If after initial analysis we see that one party does not really want to talk, we say it straight after the first session. We don't drag things out if we don't see a chance for a settlement. We close disputes, we open businesses – we don't lead them on indefinitely.

Where do the mediation sessions take place?

We usually conduct meetings in our office at 44 Jerozolimskie Ave. in Warsaw. This is neutral ground that favors a cool assessment of the situation. Upon request, we can rent a hotel room or conduct mediation in another city to maintain full anonymity from your company's employees.

How are you different from a regular law firm?

We are not lawyers and we don't deal with writing lawsuits. We are negotiators and mediators who focus on the economic outcome. We save transactions on the edge of breaking, looking for points of contact where lawyers only see paragraphs. Our settlements have legal force after court approval.

What experience do you have in large disputes?

In 2024 alone, we helped finalize 14 M&A transactions that were stuck at the signature stage. We have experience working with food and transport holdings, as well as family businesses employing 21 to 83 people. On average, a session with us lasts 3.2 billable hours.
