Experience in numbers and facts
Marek has been dealing with business disputes since May 2013. During this time, he has closed 83 difficult conflicts in the management boards of limited liability companies and registered partnerships. He does not look for the guilty, because it is a waste of time and money for both sides. He focuses on what is actually left in the treasury and how to divide it without involving a common court. In 2023, he successfully saved 12 share sale transactions that were hanging by a thread due to sudden arguments between partners.
At Arka Przymierza, Marek is directly responsible for the negotiation strategy in the most blocked processes. We talk specifically about numbers, because they rarely lie unlike emotions. Two meetings of 4 hours each are often enough to find a point of contact satisfying both sides. In October 2024, Marek helped divide the assets in a transport company from Mazovia, where the conflict had lasted for 14 months. Marek led to the signing of the agreement in 19 business days.
Working methods and concrete approach
Communication risk audit is the main tool Marek uses in working with holdings. He checks where in the company structure information escapes and misunderstandings arise. Often the error lies in the lack of clear procedures between the 3-person management board and the executive staff. Discretion is our standard, not a promise, which is why Marek always works with recorders turned off and in neutral locations in Warsaw or at the client's premises.
Marek is not a theorist with diplomas that are only supposed to look nice on the wall. He knows the realities of Polish business from the level of Warsaw offices and production halls in the region. We close disputes, we open businesses – this is his main professional motto. If after the first hour of initial consultation Marek sees that mediation has no chance of success, he says it straight. He respects his time and the clients' budget, avoiding conducting cases that are doomed to a court path from the start.
We save transactions on the edge, because we know that every day of delay in board decision-making means real operational losses. In one of his recent cases, Marek calculated that the downtime in passing resolutions cost the company 4,200 PLN a day. His intervention allowed operations to resume in less than 72 hours. Marek ensures that every developed settlement is technically possible to perform and does not block the further development of the enterprise after the end of the dispute.
