Andrzej has been conducting economic mediation since September 2015. During this time, he has helped end 124 difficult disputes between shareholders of limited liability companies. Before co-founding Arka Przymierza, he worked on operational audits in the logistics sector. We talk specifically about numbers, because they are most often the cause of conflict. Andrzej does not use psychological jargon. He focuses on what realistically blocks dividend payments or investments. Discretion is our standard, not a promise, which is why every case stays within the four walls of the office.

In October 2023, Andrzej closed a case in a transport company near Grojec. The conflict over profit distribution had lasted there for 8 months and prevented the purchase of 7 new trailers. Thanks to 3 mediation sessions, lasting a total of 7 hours, the partners signed a settlement without court involvement. This allowed avoiding court costs estimated at 43,000 PLN. We save transactions on the edge, even when the sides no longer want to sit at one table.

Working method and risk audit

Andrzej specializes in communication risk audits for companies employing 34 to 116 people. He checks in which places in the management board decision-making bottlenecks occur. In one Warsaw printing house, his intervention shortened the time for accepting estimates from 4 days to 22 hours. We close disputes, we open businesses – this is his main principle when establishing new cooperation regulations between managers. Each of Andrzej's reports contains a list of 5 or 6 concrete flashpoints for immediate repair.

Usually, he closes the mediation process within 14 days of the first contact. He does not drag out meetings indefinitely. If after the second session he sees that there is no good will for a settlement, he says it openly. He respects his and the clients' time. Sometimes he refuses to accept a case when it concerns only personal grudges and not the economic interest of the enterprise. (Heads-up: Andrzej always asks to send the company's latest balance sheet before the first meeting).

He works in the office at Jerozolimskie Ave. from Monday to Thursday from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM. He reserves Fridays for analyzing legal documents and preparing mediation protocols. He usually responds to messages sent to a.mazur@arkaprzymierza-mediacje.pl within 4 hours. If the matter is urgent and threatens to break a key contract this week, he reacts in an accelerated mode.
