Analytics in the service of mediation
Beata joined the Arka Przymierza team in March 2019. For the previous 7 years, she was involved in financial audit in the production sector. In our company, she deals with the most difficult part – converting emotions into hard data. We talk specifically about numbers, because they most often end boardroom disputes.
In October 2023, Beata worked on a conflict between two partners from the transport industry. The discrepancy in the valuation of shares was 18,600 PLN. Due to this detail, the company had stood still for 4 months. Beata prepared a risk audit in 5 business days. The parties signed a settlement a week later.
- Analysis of 34 key liquidity indicators during disputes.
- Detecting hidden costs in agreements between partners.
- Assessment of operational losses resulting from decision-making paralysis.
Discretion is our standard, not a promise. Beata has conducted 63 communication audits for holdings so far. Most of them concerned sensitive changes in CEO positions. Her reports are short and devoid of unnecessary adjectives. All that matters is what can be proven.
We save transactions on the edge when one side wants to break off talks. Beata then analyzes the balance sheet and shows how much each partner will realistically lose. In 2024, her interventions allowed for the maintenance of 12 large contracts that were close to collapse.
(By the way: Beata always repeats that one unclear provision in a contract can destroy 11 years of building trust). We close disputes, we open businesses.
Currently, Beata supervises 7 ongoing mediation processes in Warsaw and the surrounding area. Her response time to a new notification is usually 5-8 business hours. If the situation requires an immediate audit, she provides a preliminary report in 48 hours. Her work allows avoiding court cases, which on average last 3.2 years in Poland.
